Yoonhee Ye

Yoonhee grew up in South Korea wanting to become a comic book artist. Studying fine arts at Hong-Ik University led her to film making and it was then she realized that it is not the medium that matters to her but the story telling itself is her obsession. 

Her latest short, MUSH, has received the West Region Jury Award from the 20th DGA Student Awards and was officially selected by numerous film festivals. Yoonhee is also a graduate of American Film Institute, holding a masters degree in Film Directing. Ever since her graduation, she has been working as a freelance Director/Writer for numerous projects such as independent feature films, TV and Web commercials, TV reality shows and TV animations.
